UI/UX Designer (On-Site)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and deliver intuitive, visually appealing, and functional web and mobile interfaces.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and final UI designs that align with project goals.
    • Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and clients to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping to enhance experience quality.
    • Maintain and improve design systems, style guides, and brand consistency across projects.
    • Stay updated with design trends, UX principles, and new tools to bring fresh ideas to every project.

    Requirements

    • 2–3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design (agency or product-based experience preferred).
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and practical UI/UX design work (web and mobile).
    • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
    • Good understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and usability testing.
    • Ability to translate requirements and user insights into clean, interactive interfaces.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development is a plus (not mandatory).
